The White Earth Reservation Housing Authority (“WEHA”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for the development and coordination of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (and Phase II as applicable), radon testing, and asbestos testing for the Riverland Rehab (“Project”) which is an existing apartment building with 48 units located on tribal Trust land on the White Earth Reservation.
